Job Summary/Description:

Do you have a real passion for your craft? First Alert 7 / KOSA-TV, the #1 station in West Texas, needs an experienced and talented media professional to lead our Creative Services team. As our Marketing & Creative Services Manager, you’ll lead marketing efforts for all our stations and digital products and manage commercial production. The top candidate will have media production skills to produce compelling commercials and station marketing campaigns. We need a leader who can work well with all areas of the station and our advertisers. Compensation is based on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Managing the Creative Services team
- Working with the sales manager to create revenue-generating promotions
- Helping our local advertisers create effective messages
- Working with the News Director and General Manager on marketing campaigns for First Alert 7/KOSA-TV and Telemundo 20 news teams
- Working with community organizations on events sponsored by our station

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum of five years of experience in managing TV/Digital marketing efforts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in establishing long-range strategies and plans
- Experience in guiding, directing, coaching, developing, and motivating team members
- Great storytelling with strong written, shooting, and editing abilities
- Clean driving record
