Duties include developing ideas on how to advertise, working with department leads to create a shared vision, and leading a design team to complete projects. Other CSM responsibilities include developing a project management process for each campaign. They may work with a predetermined team or choose team members from the art and development departments. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a similar field.
