I am seeking a talented and well-organized Creative Project Manager for an immediate need to work a 5-day on-site work schedule in the downtown area.


Creative Communications Project Manager (Contract – 3 Months)


Location: Downtown Houston, TX (On-site, 5 days/week)

Schedule: Flexible 30 hours/week | Approx. 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $40/hour (W-2)

About the Role


We’re seeking a personable and highly organized Creative Communications Project Manager to join our team for a 3-month contract assignment covering a team member on leave for a

non-profit organization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of creative design, communications, and project execution.

You’ll partner closely with a small, talented group of graphic designers and help keep projects on track — especially a key website initiative, along with ongoing company communications and weekly bulletins.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead and manage timelines for an upcoming website project (WordPress-based)
  • Coordinate with a small team of graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Oversee and organize weekly internal communications and bulletins
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with goals
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, creatives, and leadership
  • Bring structure, clarity, and proactive communication to all deliverables
