Job description

Position Summary

The Social Media Content Producer is the lead for all content production for Life Time's 11 core brand accounts and 5 primary platforms. This role is essential in laying out and executing the content production plan, partnering with the Associate Director of Social Media, LT Motion Sr. Producer and Project Manager, working across marketing channels and with business leads. While much of the content production will have a heavy social component, it is imperative that this person think strategically and partner with the Creative Project Managers to support ongoing communication needs across Life Time's owned, earned and paid channels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Life Time Enterprise Content Pre-Production:

  • Develop comprehensive, integrated content production with a heavy emphasis on capturing content to be posted across Life Time's 11 core brand accounts and 5 primary platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Work with Associate Director of Social Media to understand content performance and how to optimize content creation for greater impact.

  • Content production will be based on content strategy that aligns with business priorities and brand direction.

  • Sit in on pre-production meetings and/or work with Project Management team to ensure that social media assets are being considered in any content creation, and include clear deliverables and deadlines.

  • Alignment and input across marketing channels, creative project manager and key business leads will be essential in the pre-production phase to ensure all requests are laid out and the content rollout is clear.

  • Serve as the producer for content capture ensuring the creative motion team has clear understanding of shot / content needs and that the correct assets are being captured.

  • Provided social-first mindset on set of productions ensuring social media optimization for every piece of content and giving recommendations for any shoot pivots.

Life Time Enterprise Content Production:

  • Serve as the producer for content capture ensuring the creative motion team has clear understanding of shot / content needs and that the correct assets are being captured.

  • Provided social-first mindset on set of productions ensuring social media optimization for every piece of content and giving recommendations for any shoot pivots.

Life Time Enterprise Content Post-Production:

  • Serve as producer for post-production needs, partnering with Sr. Producer, ensuring that all assets and copy are created according to the plan and ensuring that assets/copy are optimize for social posting.

  • Distribute assets and copy to appropriate internal teams, linking back to plan put in place for any collabs, tagging, etc; drive internal reviews and approvals of assets before finalizing.

Life Time Motion Production Support:

  • Partner with the Sr. Producer to support on additional LT Motion productions, serving as a production assistant.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 3 to 5 years managing company social media profiles and campaign

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of social networking platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest)

  • Advanced knowledge of integrated content planning across a variety of marketing and communication channels

  • Team-first mentality; ability to work and collaborate with business leads and colleagues across departments and channels

  • Incredible attention to detail in their own work and in reviewing others' work

  • Ability to be accountable for maintaining high, reliable quality standards while working on overlapping assignments in a fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to travel and product on-site content captures

  • Strong knowledge of English grammar and business writing
