We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other emerging channels. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through datainformed digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and analytical bringing a broad skill set across PPC, SEM, and social media advertising, with a strong passion for performance marketing and continuous optimization.

Preferred candidate will be Texas-based, with availability for monthly to quarterly meetings in Austin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Develop and test ad creatives, audience targeting strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, applying optimizations to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and overall effectiveness
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to refine campaign performance
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing objectives and messaging
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards)
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and social advertising
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently while meeting performance targets
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and broader marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools like Google Data Studio.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising (PPC / SEM / social ads)
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a datadriven mindset
