Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supports the development and execution of Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties marketing strategies designed to increase local brokerage awareness, market share, listing opportunities and prospect engagement.
  • Coordinates ongoing communications to prospects, property owners, members and other key audiences to strengthen engagement with Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties and support real estate sales objectives.
  • Supports the strategy, execution and ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns, including keyword strategy, campaign structure, ad copy, landing page alignment, budget management and performance analysis.
  • Develops and executes brokerage email marketing programs in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership and Sales Executives, including prospect communications, market updates, new property releases, agent communications and other targeted campaigns.
  • Monitors email performance, audience engagement and campaign effectiveness and recommends opportunities to improve content, targeting and frequency.
  • Partners with the Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media content supporting Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, including listings, market activity, Sales Executive visibility and brokerage marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates the development and distribution of real estate market reports, market updates and other content designed to provide customers and prospects with timely insights into Reynolds Lake Oconee real estate activity.
  • Tracks, analyzes and reports on brokerage marketing performance, including digital, social, email, media and other campaign activity, and identifies trends and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitors local real estate marketing activity, competitive brokerage positioning and relevant market trends to identify opportunities for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties marketing efforts.
  • Serves as Marketing liaison for Sales Executives, coordinating individual and collective marketing needs including digital presence, prospect communications, listing promotion, direct mail, social content, collateral and other sales-support initiatives.
  • Coordinates creative development for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, working with internal resources, designers and agency partners to produce advertising, digital content, direct mail, sales collateral and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinates all local media efforts, which includes press release distribution and advertising in newspapers, magazines, real estate books, billboards, etc.
  • Coordinates targeted direct-mail programs supporting brokerage, listing, prospect and Sales Executive marketing initiatives.
  • Maintains organized, current and accessible marketing collateral, templates, brand assets and sales resources for the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties sales team.
  • Oversee compliance with company brand standards and real estate commission guidelines for all Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties marketing materials.
  • Assists with special departmental projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of applicable marketing experience, preferably in real estate, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing, paid search, email marketing, social media, media planning, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing, MLS data, brokerage marketing or local market reporting strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with paid search platforms, particularly Google Ads, including campaign management, keyword strategy, performance optimization and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and emerging AI search/AI optimization (AIO) practices, with an understanding of how content, website structure and digital authority influence visibility across traditional and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Strong working knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation platforms; experience with Mailchimp or similar systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design and content production tools.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, database marketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Good working knowledge of common business software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong communications skills along with a high level of writing ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills; experience in managing and leading projects autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources.
  • Experience in coordinating time-sensitive projects and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing
