CloudPay is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is crucial in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for our global payroll and payments solutions.Main responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, content, sales, digital marketing, regional marketing) to ensure campaign alignment and effective content creation.
  • Oversee the development and production of creative assets, including landing pages, email copy, ad creatives, and other marketing collateral
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and competitors' activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Experience needed for this role
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
