Overview

CTG is hiring a Campaign Success Specialist to support a fast-paced global paid media team focused on paid social and influencer campaigns. This role is ideal for a highly organized digital marketing professional who excels at campaign coordination, stakeholder communication, timeline management, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage 8–15 simultaneous paid social and influencer campaigns from intake through launch and reporting.
  • Own campaign timelines, milestone tracking, approvals, and stakeholder communications using Monday.com and related project management tools.
  • Gather and track campaign requirements including budgets, creative assets, targeting specifications, landing pages, UTMs, and compliance approvals.
  • Build and maintain campaign status reports, dashboards, and executive-ready performance summaries.
  • Pull and organize campaign metrics from Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Sprinklr platforms.
  • Support campaign reporting by analyzing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, reach, frequency, and conversions.
  • Coordinate influencer campaign logistics and maintain organized documentation and reporting.
  • Proactively identify project risks, manage follow-ups, and ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing project management, paid media coordination, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Experience managing multiple complex campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently within remote and global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Sprinklr or other social media management platforms.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing programs and campaign coordination.
  • Knowledge of UTM tracking, ad pixels, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Background in technology or fast-paced marketing environments preferred.
