The Growth Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to support U.S. Public Sector priorities and strategic accounts. This role represents the region in campaign planning, activation and execution, partnering with sales, channels, and global marketing teams to drive demand, strengthen reputation, and deliver measurable pipeline impact.

We are looking for a marketer who is curious, adaptable, and excited to grow with this transformation, embracing new technologies and data-driven ways of working.

The ideal candidate can translate regional priorities into effective campaign strategies, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and use insights to continuously improve performance.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:

  • Serve as a regional marketing lead for U.S. Public Sector, representing local market needs and priorities in campaign planning, campaign design and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with global & regional campaign managers, sales stakeholders, channel and partner teams, and cross-functional marketing teams to build integrated campaign plans.
  • Drive the strategy, help develop the plan, and execute marketing campaigns that improve reputation and build demand, inclusive of ABM motions and channel or partner marketing opportunities.
  • Build campaign plans that can be tailored for Public Sector buying committees, industry priorities, customer segments and account-specific needs.
  • Adapt and amplify global demand campaigns for regional relevance across Public Sector audiences, using marketing channels such as web, social, webinars, live events, email and partner motions as appropriate.
  • Communicate campaign strategy, activation plans and performance insights to sales and marketing leadership, including clear connections to business priorities and pipeline impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use marketing metrics, discoverability, lead data, pipeline outcomes and ROI indicators to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison across SAS organizations, including product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, marketing sciences, communications, creative, partner marketing and sales.
  • Support additional business priorities, market segments, or strategic growth initiatives as organizational needs evolve.

Required qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation marketing, marketing operations or related function in technology or other business-to-business industry. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing or activating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and stages of the customer journey.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic working relationships with stakeholders across sales, marketing and leadership teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate campaign strategy and results to executive audiences.
  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate the data into a clear performance story.
  • Strong project management and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

  • Demonstrated experience planning or activating campaigns for targeted accounts, partner ecosystems, channel motions or segment-specific audiences.
  • Experience supporting Public Sector, government, regulated industries, account-based marketing, channel marketing or partner marketing motions is desired.
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B technology concepts and target personas related to analytics, data, and AI.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and processes such as Microsoft 365, CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, ABM tools, partner marketing processes and social media tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
