Job description

The Enterprise Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audiences. This role focuses on campaign strategy, messaging, marketing automation, and performance tracking, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed, measurable, and aligned with defined objectives to support pipeline growth and customer engagement. This role owns the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy, messaging, execution, and performance optimization. All marketing activities, including events, awards, and content-are executed as part of cohesive campaign strategies aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who can independently build, launch, and manage campaigns that produce measurable business results. This is an individual contributor role requiring a high level of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Brand & Digital teams.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy, execution, performance tracking, and optimization, with accountability for measurable business outcomes
  • Develop structured, multi-channel campaign plans including timelines, deliverables, messaging, target audiences (ICP), and success metrics
  • Define and develop targeted, account-based (ABM) campaign strategies aligned to customer needs, industry trends, and business priorities.
  • Build, execute, and optimize campaigns and workflows within HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and write campaign content across channels, including email, landing pages, case studies, and sales enablement materials, ensuring messaging is tailored, relevant, and aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Ensure all campaigns are fully built prior to launch, including messaging, automation, tracking, and reporting components.
  • Partner with Sales to align campaigns to key accounts, active opportunities, and revenue goals.
  • Provide clear campaign requirements for website updates and landing pages, including messaging, audience, and calls-to-action, in collaboration with Brand & Digital resources.
  • Develop and write core campaign content while identifying and coordinating additional content, video, and multimedia needs with creative resources.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including engagement, MQLs, pipeline influenced, and revenue influenced.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support campaign-related social media initiatives by aligning messaging and content to campaign objectives.
  • Support execution of event-based campaigns, including pre-event promotion, on-site engagement alignment, and post-event follow-up to drive pipeline and measurable ROI.
  • Support campaign amplification through public relations, media outreach, and announcements aligned to campaign messaging and strategic priorities.
  • Manage awards submissions as part of brand and campaign amplification strategies, ensuring alignment with key messaging and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed campaign project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned.
  • Proactively communicate risks, delays, or changes impacting campaign execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B campaign strategy, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong content development and copywriting skills, with the ability to create targeted, account-specific messaging.
  • Proven ability to independently develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise working in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and drive optimization.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar field required. 1 year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
  • Proven experience owning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce a plus.

The posted range reflects the full pay band for the position. The expected pay range below represents where most candidates are hired, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Candidates with more extensive or highly relevant experience may be considered toward the higher end of the overall pay band.
  • Expected Pay Range: $56,139.20-$64,168.00
  • Full Pay Range: $56,139.20-$88,833.00
  • Pay Grade: 9
