Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?

Sony Interactive Entertainment isn't just the Best Place to Play - it's also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we're part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.

Role Overview

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a strategic and results-driven Campaign Marketing Manager to join the Asia Territory Marketing team. Based in South Korea, this role will lead campaign marketing for Korea, one of PlayStation's key strategic markets in Asia, while contributing to selected Asia regional campaign priorities.

You will manage integrated go-to-market campaigns across software, hardware, peripherals, brand and future business focus areas, ensuring global and regional strategies are effectively localised for Korea and adapted for Asia market needs where required. This role requires strong campaign ownership, local market understanding, and close collaboration with global, regional and local stakeholders to deliver commercially effective and culturally relevant campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution for Korea across software, hardware, peripherals, brand and future business focus areas, while contributing to selected Asia regional campaign priorities to support aligned, practical and locally relevant execution across markets.
  • Act as the Korea campaign lead within the Asia Marketing team, representing local market needs, consumer insights, cultural nuances and media dynamics in regional and global marketing planning, while partnering with Asia Communications, Media and Commercial teams to ensure campaign plans support broader business priorities.
  • Adapt global and regional campaign strategies for Korea, balancing PlayStation brand consistency with local relevance and business impact.
  • Manage campaign workflows including planning, briefing, localisation, creative development, approvals, execution tracking and post-campaign reporting.
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Commercial, Media, Analytics, Communications, Community, Cultural Activation and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaign plans.
  • Coordinate with agencies, partners and internal teams to align on campaign direction, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities and performance expectations.
  • Support go-to-market planning for key products and campaigns, including hardware initiatives, peripherals, first-party software launches, third-party partner titles and services-related priorities.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and approvals to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Track campaign performance, share Korea market insights and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and ways of working.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in campaign marketing, brand marketing, product marketing or integrated marketing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, consumer electronics, technology, media or lifestyle categories.
  • Strong understanding of the South Korea market, including consumer trends, cultural nuances, media environment and commercial dynamics.
  • Experience working in a regional or multi-market environment, with the ability to support both local market execution and broader Asia campaign priorities.
  • Proven experience managing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels, stakeholders and timelines.
  • Ability to adapt global or regional campaigns for local markets while balancing brand consistency, business priorities and local relevance.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across local, regional and global teams.
  • Ability to use consumer insights, media performance, market trends and campaign results to inform planning and optimisation.
  • Experience managing agencies, localisation, creative development, media coordination, campaign production and budget tracking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable operating with ambiguity while driving clarity and accountability.
  • Passion for gaming, entertainment, consumer culture and the PlayStation brand.
  • Fluency in Korean and strong business-level English are required.
  • This position may require occasional travel.
