About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager will own marketing initiatives to drive awareness, interest, and qualified traffic and leads. This is a senior, strategic role for a self-starter who brings strong campaign leadership skills, original ideas, and the ability to execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns in a B2B healthcare SaaS context tied to a clear theme and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is equally adept at channel management, campaign architecture, executive reporting, and project management.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Leadership & Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, anchored to a clear campaign theme, KPIs, and strategicobjectives.
  • Lead campaign strategy documentation in PowerPoint and FigJam, mapping campaign architecture, audience segmentation, channel mix, messaging hierarchy, and conversion paths prior to execution.
  • Bring forward original campaign ideas and proactively proposenew approachesbased on market trends, competitive activity, and performance data.
  • Develop and present clear executive-facing communication decks that summarize campaign strategy, status, results, and recommendations in a formatappropriate forleadership audiences. Keep campaign decksup-to-dateas oursingle sourceof truth, strategic direction, and reporting as the campaign progresses.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Lifecycle & Content Marketing Managers to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, campaigns, and web pages.
  • Quickly designand revisenecessarygraphics, often with the support of templates, in Figma, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshopas needed. Agile in finding quick solutions to graphic design needs and using AI and other tools to scale and create visual content quickly. Consider visual content as foundationaltocampaignplanning andsuccess.
  • Write on-brand, clear content for ads, emails, and landing pages as needed, ensuring that content aligns to campaign goals and resonates with the target audience.Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager and Lifecycle and Content Marketing Manager to revise as needed.
  • Build andmaintaincampaign reporting dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Plan, execute, and optimizeGoogle Search, Display, Pmax, and paid social campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding, and creative testing. Completely own these channels without vendor support. Significantly reduce CPA through landing page rebuilds and optimization and innovative optimization and bidding strategies.
  • Own and actively manage ABM (account-based marketing) channels, including platform selection, audience strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrate expert-level skillin list-building and segmentation optimization across LinkedIn, programmatic display, content syndication, and other ABM channels.
  • Drive multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid social, content syndication, retargeting, programmatic display, and sponsored content.
  • Own tradeshow and event marketing strategy and execution, building comprehensive campaign strategies and incorporating them into the larger marketing strategy.
  • Own evergreen top-of-funnel channels designed to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and tracking for paid channels and forecast spend.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. Reportresults to the broader team and implement strategies to implement learnings across channels.
  • Monitor daily inbound activity and ensure smooth handoff to sales.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
  • Own campaign performance reporting end-to-end — from tracking setup and data integrity through to clear written and visual reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Sheets, slide decks, and more, delivered to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Strong command of marketing operations infrastructure, with the ability to fully map prospect journeys end-to-end, from lead scoring through MQL routing through opportunity conversion, and to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Mastery of HubSpot, including workflows and marketing automation and reporting architecture. Skilled in HubSpot and Salesforce reporting.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraginganalytics to improve ROI.
  • Maintain a data-driven mindset and use performance data to actively inform and adjust strategies in flight.
AI Fluency
  • Demonstrate proven, hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign performance ,including predictive audience segmentation, automated bid management, creative testing at scale, and/orAI‑assisted reporting,and bring a clear point of view on where AI creates the most leverage in a paid media and demand gen context.
  • Take a strategic leadership role in identifyingand implementing AI‑driven tools and process improvements across campaign workflows, from planning and building to optimization and reporting, reducing manual effort while increasing output quality and speed.
Project Management
  • Take full ownership of campaign project management in Asana, including building and maintaining project plans, assigning tasks, tracking milestones, communicating status updates, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrate genuine passion for organization, clear communication, and structured project management, treating Asana as a central operating tool, rather than an afterthought.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and competitive strategies.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing roles, with demonstratedexperience fully owning and leading multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in the healthcare and/or SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to lead campaignstrategy from concept through execution and reporting, not just channel management.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, paid social, ABM platforms, programmatic display, geotargeting, and content syndication.
  • Expert-level fluency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce reporting), including technical setup, report-building, and data structure optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience building and presenting executive‑level campaign strategy and performance decks.
  • Experience mapping campaign strategy visually using FigJam, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
  • Strong background in HubSpot and building marketing automation and operations programs.
  • Strong proficiency in Asana, with a genuine enthusiasm for project management, process documentation, and cross‑functional clarity.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams to develop pipeline acceleration strategies and optimize lead quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration.
