WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Prospecting for and visiting potential clients daily
  • Establishing and developing relationships with property managers and other property personnel
  • Set up booths and attend trade show events
  • Participate in multiple industry associations and volunteer for board opportunities
  • Deliver compelling calls and meetings to introduce company capabilities and value propositions
  • Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis
  • Setting up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients (i.e โ€œLunch and Learnsโ€, trade association events, etc..)
  • Reporting activity in R&Dโ€™s CRM portal daily
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and provide feedback on marketing initiatives

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated history of business development relationships
