Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Commission-Based Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, establishing relationships, and closing contracts with residential, healthcare, and psychiatric care facilities in North Carolina and Florida. This is a remote position with unlimited earning potential based on commission.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic sales plan to secure contracts with Inpatient psychiatric facilities in Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina to enhance and promote MMG key services.

Assist the CEO and CFO of Operations in obtaining, implementing and monitoring contracts with new facilities.

Identify and target residential, healthcare, and psychiatric care facilities as potential clients.

Prospect and cold-call to initiate contact and establish relationships with decision-makers.

We may, from time to time, also provide you with leads for you to follow up with.

Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of Moore Medical Group's services. Our Clinical Director and/or CFO may join you on some of your presentations to increase the chances that you can close successfully.

Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients. Our Clinical Director and/or CFO may join you on some of your presentations to increase the chances that you can close successfully.

Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate client onboarding and implementation processes.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the healthcare or psychiatric care industry.

Strong networking and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. At least 4-6 years' experience in healthcare, communication, education, sales, marketing, social media management.

Unlimited earning potential with a competitive commission-based compensation structure. Potential for earning $50,000 to $60,000+ per year on less than a part time hours, closing on 4 or 5 new contracts per year.

Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the country.
