Job description

Position Summary Alpha Clinical is seeking an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager to lead client engagement and business development efforts across the U.S. biotech and pharma market. This role combines strategic business development with operational oversight to ensure seamless delivery of Alpha Clinical's CRO services.

The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience working with a CRO or direct competitors, strong exposure to biotech and pharma clients, and a solid understanding of CRO service models, proposals, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential biotech and pharma clients for CRO services Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and tailored service offerings Manage business development operations, including opportunity tracking and pipeline management Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to growth of Alpha Clinical's service offerings Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and client feedback Qualifications & Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience with a CRO or direct competitors Strong exposure to biotech and pharma clients Hands‐on experience in business development, client targeting, and CRO operations Solid understanding of CRO service models, proposals, and client engagement Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with U.S.-based clients Advanced understanding of clinical research and CRO operations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
