At BTS, we turn our clients ideas and strategies into results. We do this by designing customized learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, and performance.

As a Business Development Associate, you'll be on the front lines of growth for our US business owning outbound pipeline generation, supporting account expansion, and helping shape how we go to market. You'll be expected to put in the work and work smarter not harder. This role is on the cutting edge of using AI and LLMs to scale all things sales pipeline generation, meeting booking, opportunity creation, and outbound outreach.

A core part of this role is leveraging AI tools Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs to work smarter and faster. Whether it's building targeted prospect lists, drafting outreach sequences, synthesizing account research, or prioritizing leads based on relevance and timing, we expect you to be fluent in using AI to multiply your output and sharpen your thinking. You'll pair this with deep work in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify, engage, and develop relationships with decision-makers at large, Fortune 1000-type organizations.

You'll also support the broader sales team organizing client meetings and contributing to the development of sales and marketing messaging. Over time, you'll build the skills and judgment to operate with increasing independence.

This role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).

What Were Looking For

Curiosity. Creativity. An analytical mindset. A driven individual who puts in the hours and is exploratory.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable using AI and large language models as everyday working tools not as a novelty, but as a core part of how they research, prioritize, write, and organize. You should be the kind of person who sees a messy dataset and immediately thinks about how to sort, filter, and extract what matters.

Beyond the tech, we need strong fundamentals: executive presence, clear and confident communication at all levels, and organizational discipline to manage a high volume of outreach. A consultative approach to relationship-building is essential to understand how to build relationships and articulate the value of BTS.

A year or two of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus. A bachelors degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required.

About BTS

AT BTS, we focus on the people side of strategy, helping the worlds leading companies turn strategy into results. We design fun, powerful experiences that have a profound and lasting impact on people and their careers, inspiring new ways of thinking, building critical capabilities and unleashing business success.
