PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Estimating Team. You will play a key role in supporting the development of high-quality, competitive proposals for large-scale electrical contracting projects. You will collaborate with estimators, project managers, and business development professionals to ensure proposals are accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results.


  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of proposal preparation, from initial request for proposal (RFP) review through final submission.
  • Develop proposal deliverables task lists, track deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with estimators to compile cost and scope data into proposal documents.
  • Gather, organize, and format technical and non-technical content, including resumes, safety information, and company qualifications.
  • Edit and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a library of standard proposal content, templates, and project descriptions.
  • Assist with presentations, client questionnaires, and other business development materials as needed.
  • Ensure all submissions comply with corporate branding, safety, and quality standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, estimating support, or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with proposal software a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while working independently when needed.
  • Familiarity with construction or electrical contracting terminology and processes preferred.
