Position Description
Are you a proven leader passionate about making a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare? As a Program Administrator , you'll oversee the overall operations of our program-ensuring quality services, financial stability, and compliance with company and client expectations. In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership, guide staff development, and build strong relationships with clients and the community while keeping the needs of individuals served at the heart of every decision. This is a unique opportunity to combine program administration with the potential to provide assessments and treatment services consistent with your education, training, and licensure.
What You'll Do
  • Provide leadership for the program by setting goals, establishing objectives, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Direct and evaluate all program functions, including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop, interpret, and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure program health, safety, and security standards are met for individuals served, employees, and property.
  • Oversee fiscal management, including budget planning, monitoring, and financial performance.
  • Conduct assessments and deliver treatment services, when applicable, based on education and licensure.
  • Drive continuous improvement to benefit the company, community, and individuals served.

What We're Looking For
Education & Training
  • Bachelor's degree in mental health, healthcare administration, or related discipline (required)
  • Master's or doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in psychology, social work, or administrative discipline (preferred)

Experience
  • 3+ years in a management role, ideally with experience serving individuals with mental health diagnoses (preferred)

Licensure/Certifications
  • State psychologist license (unless required by client or contract, its preferred)
