Our Assisted Living community is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Wellness to lead clinical services and ensure residents receive exceptional care in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee all wellness and clinical operations within the community
✅ Lead, mentor, and support nursing and caregiving teams
✅ Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
✅ Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and service delivery
