Job description

Who We Are
At Precision Wellness, we help people leave better than they arrived.
That mission shapes everything we do - from the way we greet guests at the front desk to the way we support them between visits. We are a high-end wellness studio blending massage therapy, yoga, esthetics, and advanced wellness technology to help people move better, feel stronger, and feel more like themselves again.
We are not here for hype, pressure, or one-size-fits-all care. We believe in calm, personalized service, real results, and thoughtful follow-through. When we lead with value, integrity, and genuine support, we earn trust - and that trust is what helps us grow.
As a Wellness Coordinator, you are often the first impression of Precision Wellness and a big part of what makes the experience feel clear, calm, and personal from the moment someone reaches out.
What You'll Do as a Wellness Coordinator:
Create a warm, polished, and highly organized guest experience while protecting the flow of the day, supporting the team, and helping each client feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in what comes next.
Guest Experience + Front Desk Flow
You will help every visit feel smooth, professional, and personal.
This includes:
  • Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and presence
  • Answering calls, texts, and messages with clarity and care
  • Helping guests understand services, memberships, scheduling options, and next steps
  • Supporting check-in and check-out flow with accuracy and efficiency
  • Creating a front desk environment that feels calm, clean, and inviting
Scheduling + Coordination
You will help protect schedule integrity while making booking feel easy for the client.
You will:
  • Coordinate appointments with attention to provider fit, timing, and service flow
  • Support rebooking, membership visits, and continuity of care
  • Help prevent scheduling errors, gaps, and unnecessary confusion
  • Communicate clearly with providers and team members throughout the day
  • Anticipate needs and solve small issues before they become bigger ones
Client Support + Studio Operations
You will play a key role in helping the studio run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will:
  • Assist clients with questions about services, appointments, memberships, and policies
  • Complete data entry and booking updates accurately
  • Support daily operational tasks that keep the front desk organized and efficient
  • Adapt quickly when the day shifts, while staying calm and professional
  • Help create a guest experience that feels thoughtful, steady, and well cared for
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is warm, dependable, and genuinely loves taking care of people while keeping things running smoothly.
The Qualities That Matter Most
  • A warm and positive presence
  • Empathy and emotional awareness
  • Professionalism and strong personal accountability
  • Proactive, service-minded energy
  • The ability to stay calm, kind, and clear under pressure
Skills + Strengths
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent active listening and professional phone etiquette
  • Organization and time management
  • Comfort managing calendars, bookings, and multiple priorities at once
  • Technical confidence with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and data entry
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Dependability and the ability to work independently when needed
What Makes Someone Great in This Role
Our strongest Wellness Coordinators are more than friendly - they are steady, thoughtful, and deeply reliable.
They bring:
  • Calm leadership - you help set the tone for the day
  • Ownership - you notice what needs attention and follow through
  • Care for people - you make guests and teammates feel supported
  • Attention to detail - you protect the experience by catching the small things
  • Good judgment - you know when to handle something and when to ask for help
Why Precision Wellness
This is a place for people who want their work to matter.
A place where hospitality and professionalism go hand in hand.
A place where details matter because people matter.
A place where the front desk is not "just admin" - it is part of the care experience.
A place where you can grow, contribute, and be part of something thoughtful and high-standard.
Benefits
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Employee discount
  • Flexible schedule
  • Professional development assistance
  • Referral program
  • Wellness program
