What are the main challenges faced by professionals in virtual wellness roles, and how can they be effectively managed?

Professionals in virtual wellness roles often face challenges such as building rapport with clients remotely, addressing diverse wellness needs without in-person cues, and managing technology platforms for sessions. These skills ensure effective coaching, client retention, and the achievement of individual wellness goals in a virtual environment.
