As a health care administrator, your duties are to supervise the staff at a clinic, hospital, or another type of health care facility. Your responsibilities include scheduling shifts, meeting with department heads or managers to discuss issues of efficiency or treatment, and ensuring that different departments work with one another to sustain or improve the level of care provided at your facility.
