We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Lamar Estates, a premier Assisted Living Facility in Lamar, Colorado. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility, including managing staff, residents, and families
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional resident care and services
• Manage budgets, authorize expenditures, and supervise financial transactions
• Ensure timely and effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and facility operations
