Are you an organized, friendly, and dependable professional who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? All Care Therapies of Georgetown is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to support our patients and our therapy team!


As a vital part of our clinic, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every patient while working in a supportive, flexible environment. No prior therapy office experience is required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.


️ What You'll Do

Your day-to-day may include:
• Warmly greeting and checking in patients
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Collecting patient payments
• Managing insurance authorizations
• Coordinating with physician offices and insurance companies
• Assisting with patient accounts and insurance follow-up
• Supporting the daily operations of our busy outpatient therapy clinic


Training Provided

No therapy office experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a heart for serving others.


⏰ Flexible Hours & Work-Life Balance

• Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling within clinic hours
• Partial work-from-home opportunities available after your training period
