Salary:  $129,442 -$142,917




Retirement Contribution: Greater Albany School participates in the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System (PERS and OPSRP) on behalf of its employees. Eligibility is defined as working at least six full calendar months in a qualifying position. Part-time employees working at least six months and 600 hours in a calendar year will qualify.
Position Description: Greater Albany Public Schools (GAPS) is seeking an innovative and collaborative Health Services Coordinator to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of the District's comprehensive health services program. Working under the direction of the Director of Special Programs, the Health Services Coordinator supports the development and implementation of systems that promote the health, safety, wellness, and educational success of all students.

Using an intentional lens of equity and inclusive practices, the Coordinator works collaboratively with district leaders, school administrators, the School Nurse Supervisor, nursing staff, the FACT Program, families, and community partners to build and strengthen systems that improve student health outcomes and remove barriers to learning.

The Health Services Coordinator provides administrative oversight of the School Nurse Supervisor, District nursing services, and the FACT Program while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and district policies. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop long-term systems while effectively managing the day-to-day operational needs of district health services.

The Coordinator works closely with the Director of Special Programs, Human Resources, Elementary and Secondary Directors, and building administrators to ensure comprehensive, coordinated, and equitable services for students across the District.
