What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Subrogation Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Subrogation Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of insurance and claims processes, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Subrogation Assistants often encounter challenges related to managing a high volume of cases, ensuring accurate documentation, and navigating complex communication between insurance companies, clients, and third parties. Regular collaboration with adjusters and legal teams also helps resolve issues quickly and maintain workflow efficiency.
