Summary

Identify and investigate potential subrogation situations. Work in conjunction with various entities to obtain accident and injury information. Utilize subrogation software to create accounts, log case details, and update account status.

Job Description

Serve as initial point of contact for subrogation investigation to determine if the claim qualifies as subrogation. Research and investigate potential subrogation files utilizing various mechanisms to obtain case details. Audit information for completeness and accuracy before establishing new subrogation case. Scan and upload returned member correspondence. Review all incoming checks to determine if related to subrogation case.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of two years previous work experience in collections, legal, claims processing, or subrogation related field.
