Job Title: OIC Subrogation Agent

Location: Bothell, WA / Sarasota, FL
NSB Benefits:
  • Guaranteed hourly rate + uncapped commission ($65,000-110,000 OTE)
  • Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) plan + employer matching contributions
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance with employer contributions

  • Full time, Monday to Friday schedule

Compensation:
  • $20 per hour or 12% commission on fee to agency, whichever is higher

Essential Job Functions:
This position reports to the OIC Collections Manager and plays a key role in collecting from insurance carriers for vehicle accident claims. Some of the job responsibilities include:
  • Communicate via phone and email with insurance carriers of at-fault parties
  • Utilize tools such as E-Subro Hub, Arbitration Forum, SAFER Web, CUBS and NextGen
  • Make outbound calls (75+/day)
  • Achieve minimum fee goal of $60,000 per month
  • Utilize software to note accounts and communicate with insurance companies
  • Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for our clients
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate on accounts
  • Document accounts with proper notes to ensure quick communication
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
We are seeking a team member who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and time management skills. We also look for:
  • Ability to meet the OIC Subrogation target metrics
  • At least 4 years of collections and/or subrogation experience
  • High level of professionalism
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to stay motivated and positive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with time management
  • Computer and typing skills
