HATE HOURLY BILLING? JOIN OUR FIRM AND PUT THAT HASSLE BEHIND YOU! Mid-sized law firm in East Norriton, PA, seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to assist its Large Loss Property Subrogation practice. Position requires high-level organizational abilities and inclination toward persistent follow-up. Among other duties, the ideal candidate will be capable of handling the following:

• Preparing correspondence and legal documents (including notice letters, pleadings, discovery motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and Releases, as well as settlement- and court-conference summaries and pre-trial memoranda).

• Performing investigative inquiries and background research, as well as ensuring preservation of loss scenes and physical evidence, coordinating expert assignments, and scheduling scene inspections and evidence exams.

• Managing trial preparation: marshaling exhibits, pleadings, subpoenas, witnesses, etc.

• Interviewing experts as to findings and opinions, and conferring with lawyers re: same.

• Drafting status updates for clients.
