Job description

Our Business Development team is looking to fill an in-person Account Manager position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position maintains all business needs for our valued clients and their customers and includes documenting all insurance claim-related information. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great at communication and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time position starts with a base pay of $20.00 hourly, a monthly success share bonus, and commission for new business earned.

Essential Functions amp; Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding claims, files, etc.
  • Build/maintain relationships with current clients and prospective clients
  • Travel to meet clients and represent Wilber at various conferences
  • Maintain systems of record with up-to-date details and efforts regarding each client
  • Mange past due invoices and reporting needs for current clients
  • Handle logistics for client meetups and conferences
  • Send Scorecards and Reports to clients as requested
  • Ability to ensure physical presence at assigned location

Requirements:
  • Strong organization skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers and MS Office
  • Willing to learn new computer skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and good judgement
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Type 40 WPM or more
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus

Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required
