Job description

Law firm located in Century City seeks an experienced and professional full-time legal assistant with a minimum of one year experience working in a civil litigation law firm. Legal assistant will support a Team of attorneys in wage and hour litigation.
 
Daily duties include but are not limited to e-filing (via OneLegal, CaseAnywhere, File&ServeExpress, Prolegal, etc), submitting requests for court docs, master and team calendaring, submitting invoices for payment, posting jury fees and other attorney requests as needed. Assistant will also be trained as mailroom backup.  
 
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.  The ideal candidate is able to communicate effectively and professionally with attorneys and clients, is highly organized and detail-oriented, a team player, excels in deadline driven environments, and takes initiative to anticipate attorney needs.
