Job description

Job Description:

We are looking for a strategy analyst to act as the architect and evaluator for our emerging agentic AI workstreams. This individual will focus on systems thinking and strategy. They will be responsible for understanding state-of-the-art internal AI agent platforms, exploring how these tools can be combined to improve existing systems, and synthesizing findings into compelling points of view and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership.

Key responsibilities
Tool exploration and systems mapping: Actively learn and test internal AI agent platforms and orchestration tools to understand their capabilities, limits, and potential integrations.

Strategic POV generation: Translate technical experiments and tool capabilities into clear, digestible, and persuasive points of view, 1-pagers, and executive briefings.

Workflow architecture: Analyze current team processes and identify where AI agents can be glued together or layered on top of existing systems to unlock efficiency.

Rapid prototyping: Use low-code environments, terminal commands, and configuration files to set up proof of concept agentic loops without needing to write production-grade backend code.

Stakeholder alignment and agility: Rapidly adapt documentation, priorities, and project direction based on feedback from senior management and evolving business goals.
