Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting healthcare organizations through process improvement and technology-driven initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success, drive positive patient outcomes, and make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to support healthcare leaders, clinicians, and staff in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis, benchmarking, and industry research, to inform client recommendations.
  • Support the development of client-facing deliverables such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
  • Engage with healthcare and consulting professionals at all levels through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.
  • Assist in project management activities such as developing workplans, tracking milestones, and preparing status updates for clients and internal leadership.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of firm methodologies, tools, and knowledge capital by capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices.
  • Participate in internal initiatives including business development support, thought leadership development, and practice growth efforts.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, General Business). Graduation date: May 2027.
  • Previous experience working or volunteering in a healthcare setting.

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $75,000 to $82,000 For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
