As a Social Strategy Analyst, you'll be immersed in the fast-moving world of social media, supporting our creative team as you learn the ropes of content creation and digital storytelling. You'll help brainstorm and develop social-first ideas, work with experienced team members, and contribute to real campaigns that reach audiences where they spend their time. This role is all about growth, creativity, and hands-on experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Specifically, you will:

  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative content ideas for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support the design and production of platform-native content such as short-form videos, memes, and text posts, and learn to adapt ideas for different channels.
  • Monitor trends and emerging platform moments, helping to identify where brands can participate authentically in online conversations.
  • Learn how to use social analytics and insights to understand what content connects with audiences, and support the optimization of posts for greater engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative leads, designers, and editors to help craft compelling, shareable content and gain exposure to various creative disciplines.
  • Participate in team meetings and creative workshops, contributing your point of view and learning how creative ideas are shaped and presented.
  • Support other social media and brand storytelling initiatives as needed, gaining experience across a range of projects.

Required Qualification

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors or a related/equivalent program

    • Digital Media
  • Strong academic track record (3.2 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, ifrequired, uponstartdate 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
