Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Analyst. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, identifying meaningful trends, and communicating findings clearly to internal teams. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to recurring analysis as well as special projects while building hands-on experience with reporting tools and business systems.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial data using spreadsheets and reporting tools to identify patterns, variances, and actionable insights.

• Gather information from multiple sources, organize findings, and share clear updates with team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and summaries that support day-to-day business decisions.

• Assist with ad hoc analytical assignments and special projects based on changing business needs.

• Support data validation efforts to improve reporting accuracy and consistency across the team.

• Contribute to dashboarding and visualization tasks, including Power BI reporting when applicable.

• Work with SAP data and related business systems to extract information and support analysis activities.

• Participate in system-related reporting support and training activities connected to business process updates as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in analysis, reporting, finance support, or a related business function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for sorting, organizing, and interpreting data.
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to translate raw information into clear business insights.
• Familiarity with ad hoc reporting and the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
• Exposure to SAP or similar enterprise systems is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities.
