Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team supporting American Express in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing scalable Salesforce solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

* 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

* Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

* Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

* Hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, and Salesforce automation.

* Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.

* Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

* Experience with Copado, Gearset, or MuleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.

* Build custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

* Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party applications.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.

* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

* Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
