They are responsible for identifying, nurturing, and securing client contracts, ensuring that potential clients receive the support and solutions they need in line with our firm's mission-driven approach. By engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored legal solutions, Strategy Specialists contribute directly to our growth and success, driven by our commitment to providing access to legal services for those seeking to improve their immigration status. Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills are essential to achieving our goals and furthering the firm's mission.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Engagement: Understanding clients' needs, building rapport, recommending appropriate products or services, and conducting presentations.

  • Sales Process Management: Managing the sales cycle from lead receipt to closure, including following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients that ensures strong support, satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
