Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Engagement: Understanding clients' needs, building rapport, recommending appropriate products or services, and conducting presentations.

  • Sales Process Management: Managing the sales cycle from lead receipt to closure, including following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
