Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients, collect necessary documents and fingerprints, address inquiries, and provide information on services.

  • Administrative Support: Organize client documentation, manage files, and confirm appointments for the Strategy Specialist.

  • Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by explaining contract terms, benefits, and following up with prospective clients under the Strategy Specialist's guidance.

  • Appointment Management: Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and cover client meetings in the Strategy Specialist's absence.

Note: Essential functions may be modified as required to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required for effective client interaction).

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with clients.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
