Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a Strategy Analyst in San Francisco, CA. This is a permanent full time position.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join this established geriatric healthcare organization in San Francisco, California. This position is with a group purely dedicated to providing quality primary care services to seniors with multiple complex conditions.

Position Summary:

This position will support organizational strategy development through research, analysis and synthesis of information; provide design and execution support of high-priority strategic planning projects; and operate as an internal consultant on key initiatives defined by the strategic plan. This position will involve exposure to the Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter attitude combined with good work ethic
  • 2-4 years in firm-based management consulting, or structured internal consulting, preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong record of growth mindset for learning, collaborative teamwork, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to adopt technology quickly and utilize different technology platforms for project management and care coordination.
  • Ability to navigate nonprofit organizations with sensitivity and effectiveness.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas with organization, appropriate narrative and persuasion.
  • Ability to prepare presentations and present to audiences.
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
