Corporate Strategy Analyst
Location: Redlands, CA On-Site
Salary Range: $92,400 - $133,100 Salary
Reports To: Director, Business Strategy
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel: Moderate (25%)
The Role
TrakMotive is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to serve as a key resource for our internal and executive teams. Functioning as an internal consultant, you will support the creation of new business initiatives and drive value creation through quantitative and qualitative analysis. From monitoring competitor market share, to building complex financial models, your work will provide the foundation for critical business decisions. This is an ideal role for a strategic professional who thrives in a project-based environment and is looking to influence the "big picture" of a global organization.
What You’ll Do
Strategy amp; Growth Analysis
  • Support the evaluation of company-wide growth initiatives to help identify opportunities and prioritize decisions
  • Break down complex business questions by identifying key issues, risks, and drivers of value
  • Track market trends and competitor performance to surface potential risks and opportunities for the business
Analysis amp; Research
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including data analysis, financial modeling, and market and competition research
  • Turn data and research into practical insights that support business decisions
Executive amp; Leadership Support
  • Prepare clear, well-structured materials for senior leaders, including summaries, presentations, and recommendations
  • Help translate analysis into concise messages that leaders can use to make decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with partners across the organization to provide analytical support and help solve business problems
  • Build strong working relationships and help align stakeholders around shared goals
Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time, keeping work on track and ensuring deadlines are met

Experience amp; Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role
Problem Solving amp; Strategic Thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify key issues, form sound hypotheses, and develop a clear point of view
  • Comfortable moving between detailed analysis and higher-level strategic thinking
Analytical amp; Technical Skills
  • Proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze large and complex data sets
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable learning new tools as needed
Communication amp; Influence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations and next steps for business partners and leaders
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is a plus
