National Multi-Family Construction Group currently seeking a Revenue/Strategy Manager to play a critical role within its Revenue & Asset Strategy team, overseeing pricing strategy, revenue performance, and portfolio optimization across a national multifamily portfolio. This position partners closely with Regional Property Managers, Asset Managers, Marketing Managers, and onsite teams to maximize revenue and asset performance throughout both lease-up and stabilized phases. The role carries significant responsibility for developing and maintaining revenue plans, monitoring market conditions, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring operational alignment across stakeholders. A substantial portion of the portfolio is located in Texas, making familiarity with markets such as Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio highly desirable.
