Decagon's Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution. Covering GTM-wide strategy, operations and analytics, we are proactive, data-driven partners to leadership - providing critical insights, driving operational efficiency and getting things done.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, wide-ranging role to join our team shaping Decagon's go-to-market strategy and driving execution. Owning a broad platform, you will lead strategic, GTM-wide initiatives and be a trusted day-to-day partner to senior business leaders. You will manage GTM forecasts & KPIs, optimize business performance & efficiency, stand up new processes and execute high-leverage operations with field teams. This is a high-impact, high-agency position to shape the trajectory of a category-defining AI company.
In this role, you will
  • Play a leading role in the design and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation and post-sale frameworks
  • Define and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights and recommendations that move the needle
  • Design & lead new revenue growth programs on topics such as pipeline generation, territory management, incentive & compensation structures and internal operational processes
  • Deliver key business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
  • Work cross-functionally across GTM to ensure alignment on top priorities and drive internal process transformations

Your background looks something like this
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/revenue operations and/or investment banking, management consulting or a related field. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is highly desirable, but not required
  • Advanced analytical capability: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with Salesforce or GTM/BI tools is desirable
  • "Get it done" posture: desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Ownership mindset: end-to-end ownership of deliverables & willing to get deep into the weeds
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: comfortable with ambiguous topics without a defined process or "right" answer
  • Communication & presentation skills: ability to distill complex data into a clear narrative for executive audiences
