Overview
The Revenue Optimization Manager oversees local station finance and shipment-level billing processes for the Southeast region's field locations, with a focus on high-priority stations. This role identifies revenue optimization gaps, builds solutions for missed revenue generation, and ensures seamless alignment between regional logistics, field execution, and corporate financial targets. The role will have a strong focus on future proofing our enterprise, while paying close attention to scaling for next generation logistics, ensuring that AIT's products meet our customers' needs while maximizing revenue results at station and regional level.
Responsibilities
  • Audit & Allocate: Lead shipment-level accounting audits to ensure billing accuracy, timely invoice processing, and proper cost allocation with a strong focus on strategic and long-term process improvement
  • Leakage Resolution: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, investigate root-cause operational process gaps, and eliminate revenue leakage points across Southeast field operations
  • P&L Analysis: Partner with regional field management to review Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, providing analytical support and real-time recommendations for regional cost control
  • Anomaly Detection: Monitor and detect financial anomalies, allowing stations to resolve billing issues before they cause operational bottlenecks
  • Metric Development: Develop, monitor, and distribute actionable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, continuously reviewing for gaps and inaccuracies
  • Station Coaching: Assist local station leaders in understanding billing gaps while providing best-in-class solutions for improvement and correction. Translate complex financial data into digestible, internal and external customer reports and dashboards
  • Client Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between field operations and clients to clarify financial reporting, address billing inquiries, and support service level reviews
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by standardizing financial workflows, training field staff on billing best practices, and implementing proactive solutions that scale across the region
  • Performs other duties as assigned
