What we're proud of:

  • Trusted and used by the best. We are honored to work with more than 150 teams in professional and NCAA sports, including Stanley Cup Champions, Tour de France winners, and all NFL Teams.
  • Push what's possible. We were named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US in 2023 and 2024 (#345 in 2024). Ranked #4 in the Rocky Mountain Region in 2025.

Position Summary:

This role will support scalable new customer acquisition across Paid Search, SEO, and Publisher Affiliate channels. The position is execution-focused, operating in close partnership with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to drive efficient growth while maintaining performance targets.

Responsibilities:

Paid Search (SEM):

  • Collaborate on Paid Search strategy across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) in partnership with external agency
  • Manage day-to-day agency execution, ensuring alignment on budget pacing, creative priorities, testing roadmap, and efficiency targets
  • Build and own the Paid Search roadmap, including keyword expansion, query mining, negative strategy, bid optimization, and segmentation
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging search trends (AI-driven search behavior, evolving SERP formats, PMax advancements, YouTube scale opportunities)
  • Partner with Creative and Ecommerce teams to develop and test high-performing landing pages and search-specific messaging
  • Drive a structured testing agenda across ad copy, audience targeting, offer strategy, and landing page variations
  • Monitor nCAC, MER, and blended efficiency metrics to ensure scalable, profitable growth
  • Proactively identify scale opportunities while protecting acquisition and contribution margin targets

SEO & Content Strategy:

  • Own the SEO execution roadmap in partnership with the SEO agency, aligning content and technical initiatives to new customer acquisition goals
  • Define and evolve content clusters and pillar strategies to capture high-intent search demand and build topical authority
  • Prioritize mid- and bottom-funnel content opportunities that drive revenue, not just traffic
  • Identify technical SEO gaps and partner with Engineering and Ecommerce to improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, and on-site conversion
  • Execute on-site optimizations (PDP, PLP, blog, internal linking, structured data) to improve organic visibility and CVR
  • Track and report on SEO's impact on new customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and blended CAC

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, paid search, or growth roles, ideally within DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Proven experience managing or partnering with external agencies across SEO, SEM, and/or affiliate channels.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth, not just traffic or engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of Paid Search (Google Ads, PMax, YouTube) and SEO best practices (technical, on-page, and content strategy).
  • Experience with keyword strategy, query mining, content clustering, and funnel-based content prioritization.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize toward performance metrics such as nCAC, MER, conversion rate, and blended CAC.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and testing plans.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Engineering teams to improve landing pages and site performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.

Attributes:

  • Performance-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward measurable outcomes and efficiency.
  • Highly proactive and curious, with a drive to stay ahead of evolving search trends (AI-driven search, SERP changes, new ad formats).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communicator who can effectively manage agency partners and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Low ego, collaborative, and motivated by continuous testing and improvement.
