Position Summary... What you'll do...In this role, you will manage day-to day yield decisions and optimize yield strategies, including establishing the rate card, evaluation of inventory volume, analysis of performance data, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Sam’s Club’s long-term business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Inventory Management: Own inventory management, including forecasting and monitoring inventory across verticals and Advertisers.

  • Revenue Optimization: Maximize ad revenue by improving sell-through rate, CPMs, and inventory allocation. Ensure most efficient use of available inventory.

  • Operations: Partner with Client Success teams to define the process in managing premium inventory bookings. Own the enforcement of policies and processes related to makegoods and pricing & reservation exceptions.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage campaign performance data to analyze and identify new ways to maximize ad revenue and provide actionable recommendations to guide business strategy and decision-making.

  • Project Management: Manage/lead cross-functional yield projects to ensuring they are delivered on time and align with revenue-driving goals.

  • Communication: Lead Advertiser trends, insights, and action-oriented metric reviews with internal teams.

  • Business Insights: Partner with Business Intelligence to enhance dashboards and tools to produce reliable insights across all business channels. Establish KPIs and revenue models that show the impact of yield strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Find opportunities for new ad products, formats, and strategies to increase revenue. Serve as a key strategic partner and thought leader for the advertising business and collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Measurement, Commercialization, Finance, and Technology teams.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.

  • Excellent communicator, across multiple levels/functions with the ability to influence and drive action.

  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly and easily.

  • Experience in developing monetization strategies, inventory optimization, and campaign management.

  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills with a focus on execution, ability to juggle multiple urgent requests, and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

  • Proficient in CRM and industry tools (Salesforce, GAM, TTD, etc.).

  • A strong believer in teamwork, collaboration, and contributing to collective success.
