Job description

Full Time Onsite (Salt Lake City, UT)

Company Overview

For generations, travelers have ventured across the American West—drawn by wide-open landscapes, mountain air, and the promise of what’s just beyond the next turn. We’ve walked those same roads, inspired by desert light and prairie skies, by peaks that touch the clouds and cities where the West was built.

In the places that moved us most, we created something lasting: hotels and resorts where the journey pauses, where you can settle in and belong, if only for a night.

We’re a family-run collection of hotels and resorts spanning the American West from Sun Valley to San Diego, from the original Little America on Interstate 80 to our five-diamond flagship in Salt Lake City.

Every property is distinct, shaped by its landscape and community. But they share something essential: an unwavering commitment to craft, an attention to detail that goes beyond luxury, and people who genuinely care about getting it right. That’s not hospitality as performance. It’s hospitality as a family value, passed down and practiced every day.

· Collaborate closely with the Directors of Sales and the Sales teams to evaluate group opportunities and provide strategic displacement analysis to optimize revenue potential between group and transient business, considering seasonal patterns and market conditions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, OTAs, and third-party channels to optimize channel mix, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure rate-parity across all platforms.

· Assist Revenue Management team in various capacities as directed by Senior Revenue Manager.
