This is an ideal role for a strategic professional who thrives in a project-based environment and is looking to influence the "big picture" of a global organization.
What You’ll Do
Strategy amp; Growth Analysis
  • Support the evaluation of company-wide growth initiatives to help identify opportunities and prioritize decisions
  • Break down complex business questions by identifying key issues, risks, and drivers of value
  • Track market trends and competitor performance to surface potential risks and opportunities for the business
Analysis amp; Research
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including data analysis, financial modeling, and market and competition research
  • Turn data and research into practical insights that support business decisions
Executive amp; Leadership Support
  • Prepare clear, well-structured materials for senior leaders, including summaries, presentations, and recommendations
  • Help translate analysis into concise messages that leaders can use to make decisions

  • Work closely with partners across the organization to provide analytical support and help solve business problems
  • Build strong working relationships and help align stakeholders around shared goals
Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time, keeping work on track and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinate across teams to support progress on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Don’t let the “Desired Experience” below discourage you from applying. If this role excites you, tell us why you’re a strong fit — we’re open to different paths and perspectives.
Experience amp; Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role
Problem Solving amp; Strategic Thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify key issues, form sound hypotheses, and develop a clear point of view
  • Comfortable moving between detailed analysis and higher-level strategic thinking
Analytical amp; Technical Skills
  • Proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze large and complex data sets
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable learning new tools as needed
Communication amp; Influence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations and next steps for business partners and leaders
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is a plus
