Position Summary:

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of enterprise and business-unit strategies that enable leadership to make critical decisions to profitably grow and defend the business.
- Support refinement of BBU's "where to play" and "how to win" strategic choices.
- Partner with Corporate Strategy and Business Unit teams to solve complex business problems using a hands-on, hypothesis-driven approach, including: Developing project deliverables and executive-level presentations, leading primary and secondary research and framing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives by analyzing metrics, dashboards, roadmaps, and financial results; identify key changes versus prior-year performance.
- Partner with Finance to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions and support plans to close performance gaps.
- Support strategy projects by: Developing deep understanding of product categories, customer segments, and retail channels, analyzing industry structure, go-to-market models, competitive dynamics, and market attractiveness and evaluating emerging and existing competitors and trends.
- Support national-scale, cross-functional transformational initiatives by: Coordinating workstreams across virtual, cross-functional teams and supporting the design and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
