Job description

The Corporate Strategy Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the long-term strategic agenda for the North America business and is considered a subject matter expert (SME) for the strategy team. Working closely with the Director of Strategy and the Executive Leadership Team, this role combines strategic planning, enterprise transformation, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business performance management to support sustainable growth.
As part of the broader Strategy organization - which encompasses Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, and Sustainability - the Corporate Strategy Manager provides strategic guidance, insights and direction across these disciplines to translate market insights into strategic priorities, drive cross-functional execution, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will lead high-impact initiatives with high independence, manage complex cross-functional programs, and influence senior stakeholders across North America and Global Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations supported by rigorous analysis.
  • Support development and execution of the North America long-term strategy and multi-year strategic roadmap.
  • Drive governance, reporting, and execution of key strategic programs, including the regional 1,000-Day Plan.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs from planning through implementation.

Market Intelligence & Business Insights
  • Partner with the Market Intelligence team to translate market trends into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead market sizing, demand forecasting, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Drive competitive dynamics and identify strategic implications for the business.

Strategic Projects
  • Lead strategic evaluations including M&A opportunities, commercial due diligence, and business case development.
  • Build analytical models, financial analyses, and executive presentations to support business decisions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to complex business challenges and ambiguous situations.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of Strategy and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate and influence across regional functions and Global Strategy to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions through strong communication, analytical rigor, and credibility.

Education, Qualifications & Experience
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with increasing levels of ownership.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in strategic planning and business decision-making.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
