Job Description:
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
  • Support the successful planning, execution, and implementation of finance and cross-functional project initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, assist with defect management activities, and provide day-to-day support to the PMO Finance team and Project Lead.
  • Collaborate with various business units to design, develop, and enhance Low-Code Power Apps solutions that drive digital transformation and process efficiency.
  • Assist in the administration and monitoring of the Internal Control System (ICS), partnering with the ICS Responsible to support compliance, documentation, and control activities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
  • Field of Study: Accounting, data analytics, IT, or other related fields.
  • Business fluent English.
  • High data affinity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Entry-level experience with Confluence/ Jira.
  • Entry-level experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate and low code solutions.
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Motivated and eager to learn.
  • Ability to effectively work with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Languages: English (fluent, oral, and written).

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.
