Role Summary

The Manager, Corporate Strategy supports the organization’s annual strategic process and corporate reporting requirements. The role requires the ability to engage with key stakeholders for periodic deliverables, track strategic initiative progress, build material for internal/external communications, and perform analysis on strategic areas of interest. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Planning & Corporate Projects and requires the ability to coordinate crossfunctional communication and ensure consistent messaging that is aligned with strategic priorities defined by Corporate Strategy group and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate strategy execution — Implement and communicate the annual strategic process deliverables with well-organized communication plans, and stakeholder alignment to strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder coordination — Maintain relationships with key business unit and functional leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Corporate reporting — Support preparation of executive reports, board materials, and strategic planning documentation.
  • Internal communications — Prepare internal announcements, leadership messages, and employeefacing communications that support organizational alignment.
  • Strategic analysis and decision support — Monitor industry developments, prepare briefing notes, and translate complex inputs into clear, decisionoriented insights.
  • Corporate projects coordination — Manage timelines, deliverables, and crossdepartment collaboration for enterprise-wide projects. Must have ability to build executive-level dashboards to report on progress.
  • Annual OKRs support — Support the Director of Strategic Planning for drafting of annual objectives with leadership team and assist in tracking enterprise progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years in strategy, risk, consulting, corporate strategy roles.
  • Must be strong in use of PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI Tools (Copilot)
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; able to navigate complex financial and operational inputs.
  • Experience working in regulated industries, aviation, defense, or publicsector environments is an asset.
  • Experience implementing ERP systems, BI tools is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English an asset.
