If you're a college graduate who is energized by solving real business challenges and wants your work to make a meaningful impact in health care, this is the kind of opportunity that can feel both exciting and purposeful. As a Strategy Analyst at Premier Health, you'll have the chance to turn data into direction, research into action, and ideas into strategies that help shape the future of care across Premier Health Partners entities. This role offers a strong foundation for someone who is curious, analytical, and motivated by the opportunity to influence decisions that matter to patients, providers, and communities.

In this position, you'll support key initiatives, projects, and strategic priorities while working closely with service line leaders and the business development division. You'll contribute data, market intelligence, and thoughtful analysis to the development of business plans and strategic recommendations. Your insights will support strategic choices across the organization, and your collaboration with multiple departments will help you feel linked to broader organizational goals. For professionals who enjoy learning, asking questions, and helping others make better decisions, this position creates a strong sense of contribution and belonging. Many employees enjoy working in environments where their expertise is valued, their curiosity is encouraged, and their work supports a mission larger than themselves-and this role offers exactly that.
