Job Summary:
PDQ is a device management company based in Salt Lake City, UT, focused on simplifying and securing IT management. As a Strategy Analyst, you will drive strategic initiatives related to pricing, product launches, and customer experience, playing a critical role in enhancing product adoption and business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize and implement pricing, packaging, bundling, and discounting strategies to drive revenue and customer value across PDQ’s product suite
• Monitor key performance metrics and report insights
• Analyze and prioritize efforts across industries, markets, customer segments and selling motions
• Diagnose barriers to customer activation/engagement and operationalize solutions
• Support leadership with board reporting and strategic recommendations
• Provide analytical support to senior leaders across functional teams
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1-3 years of experience in technology (B2B SaaS), management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity
• Proactive, organized, and accountable, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer engagement.
• Transparent, empathetic, and have integrity in all interactions
• Skilled at working cross-functionally and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.
